Takeoff 2026: Attendee Application

November 13–15, 2026 · The LINE DC, Washington, DC

Government officials and public-sector employees: Receive event information here. Public-sector attendance is by independent invitation from Sparrow.

Takeoff brings together public servants, AI researchers and builders, and other leading voices to discuss how we govern ourselves in the age of AI.

Required fields: ~2 mins. Additional fields: ~10 mins.

This application should take no more than 10 minutes. We'd like to learn about your background, current work, and what you hope to gain from Takeoff. We'll follow up if we need any additional information.

We review these applications on a rolling basis. If you are invited, you'll receive a private registration link; applying does not guarantee admission.

We encourage you to apply even if the full ticket price is a concern. We offer additional discounts to help make attendance possible, and your ability to pay will not affect how we review your application.

About you

Who you are
Where you work

Please include your current role and organization, if any. Independent applicants are welcome.

A few words, not an essay — what you could speak to. We use this to make introductions.

We use this to keep the room balanced across government, the people building the technology, and everyone in between.

Financial assistance

If the Individual ticket is unaffordable, please let us know. We offer further discounts, and ability to pay is not taken into account in admission decisions. No financial documents are needed with your application.

Your perspective

These questions are optional. A few sentences are plenty: we'd like to understand the perspective you'd bring, the questions you're thinking about, and what you'd hope to learn from others.
